Horrible experience

I just bought this meat pack here and found the bottom of the container is full of fat. Its about 1/3 of meat portion. This is scam. I'm very disappointed. I thought H mart is good one but this is unacceptable. I want my money back...

I was so disappointed with the manager and cashier of Tous les jours pastry. The cashier was so rude to me, I asked her about a cake she left me behind, she was so disrespectful and discriminated me.. She didn’t apologize even when I spoke to the manager . He told me that he saw the scene but she will not apologize.

I give one star because everytime I bought fruits from here is really bad. I used to buy one box and it turn all bad. Not only one time! I hope they buy good fruits.

Verified and long time Customer. Recently purchase $30 of pork ribs, that when opened on the same day were foul (smelled and felt bad). Contacted Customer service with expectation of a response, got none. No live chat service- just automated response. Customer Service telephone just keeps ringing. I saved the receipts, packaging and even the meat (frozen). I will be leaving bad reviews over the next year in hope of preventing other shoppers from experiencing the same poor product and service. This is the only satisfaction I can get. So I will choose an alternate market from now on- due to zero respect for the customer that provides their success.

Rude customer service. Got a mop stolen while unloading paid stuffs from their parking lot. Going back inside, we were treated like a thief while all the cashiers stared at us & talked among themselves in their language as if we stole something, while we actually just spent almost $200 bucks in their supermarket. They said NO CCTV in their parking lot, so they are NOT responsible for the loss. Will consider coming back to shop there just because they have a parking lot.

Does anyone know how to report this H Mart Online business to Better Business Bureau (BBB)? It's been a month that I emailed them about a missing shipment, and I haven't heard anything except the auto-reply of accepting a complaint. I'd like to have BBB help me get a resolution, but I can't find any information about this H Mart Online: No phone number, no address, etc..
