Months and still haven't received order. Asked for it to be cancelled before it was made and was told No. Still no response to my emails!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 masks and only received one. Everything is automated so you can never talk to a live customer service rep to explain. My order shows "delivered". Yes, it was delivered but ONLY 1 MASK!! I HAVE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW! IF I DONT GET RESOLUTION I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I tried to cancel with in a couple of hours after purchase and the order was already on process and told I couldn’t. I ordered two mask that were cheap and completely see through, serving no purpose. The were very poorly made. Both mask had word printed on them but they way there were cut and sewn, cut off the back end of the words so they cannot be read.

Ordered on 07/12 and still waiting. Tracking says it’s “printing”. Won’t ever order from them again.

Ordered two mask, took them a long time to arrive, they are very poor quality, thin, you can blow air right through them so they are essentially useless. Way overpriced for the quality. If you want a quality product to protect you or your family this is not it!!

I prefer NO stars, soooo disappointed in how bad this mask is, definitely paid way too much! It's one ply, very thin, and you can see right through it.

I ordered 6 pcs of the Dr Zeus's mask ( 3 each from 2 different transactions) 2 weeks ago and just received them yesterday. I understand that they are made to order but that's a long time for the item to be produced and delivered. Anyway I only received 2 items, 1 from each order that I placed. I checked the email they sent me and it just said "Delivered" which means all items I ordered were all delivered. Tried reaching them but if you look at their website there is no phone number and just an email. Another thing that I would like to mention which is why I'm only giving them 1 star is the material of their mask. This type of fabric (polyester) is not meant for mask. I will not recommend this to anyone.
