The only good thing about these masks is that they are cute. The material is cheap and thin and DOES NOT qualify for safe measures. You can blow a candle out when wearing them. Don't waste your money. Buy something cute that actually protects you.

Ordered two masks, the one that did come is substandard to what is shown online. Terrible quality and could purchase similar masks for only $5, not the $14 they offer it for. Terrible customer service, no way to get a real person or send it back. The other mask still has yet to arrive and has been stuck in transit for 4 days at the same location. Never again with this vendor.

got my mask today. Worst thing I have ever purchased. So thin it looks like gauze. What do I have to do for a refund this is totally useless. You can see straight through to material and the pleats were not sewn right biggest waste of $17 ever

I have ordered dozens of mask from many sellers. These are the worst mask I have ever purchased. The quality is absolutely terrible. The material is so thin you can actually see through it. The mask are single layer, open weave and will NOT offer ANY protection from ANYTHING. The words are sewn in the pleats making the mask unreadable. The material is suppose to be polyester, it looks and feel more like gauze. I wear a teen size mask. I ordered regular size. These mask are so small. It pulls my ears forward. I sent a return request along with pics of the loose threads, wording sewn into the pleats and being able see tv threw the mask. I receive an email they are sending another to replace them. NO REFUND as requested. I will be filing a claim with PayPal. Do not order from this website. You will regret it. Their quality is horrendous! Don't let the cute pictures fool you. What you receive will look nothing like them.

I ordered a mask 3 weeks ago.. I never recvd it.. i tried to contact customer service with no luck.. they keep giving me the run around..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! FRAUD AND SCAM

Extremely dissatisfied! Will never purchase from these people again. #1. They "delivered" my package sitting out for anyone to take outside of our secure mailboxes. It was sheer luck I found it when I was picking up my regular mail. It was NOT in my mailbox. Nor did DHL deliver to my door, which would have been more secure, just sat the thing on a ledge by the mail boxes. Not OK. #2. They delivered child sizes instead of adult sizes. These masks do not fit. I ordered and paid for adult sizes. #3 Quality of materials and sewing is cheap, thin, with hanging threads. One layer thin with a pretty transparent weave, no protection! Not what I thought I was getting, not what I hoped for. Cheap crap, wrong size, and mis-delivered. I think I'll dispute the charges with my credit card company, as these people have a ridiculous return policy in order to rip people off. Wow.

Avoid ordering from. They take forever to so ship. Mine never arrived but says that it did. Not in the mailbox or anything. They refuse to help or give you your money back.
