Like others, I purchased two masks but only received one. The only way to complain was to file a claim which denied knowledge of my order number. Bunch of crooks!

Friend bought a teacher t shirt for me. Took months to arrive. Half the letters were not even on the shirt, which was a take off on cat in the hat. I don't understand how someone could even package this after seeing it. No wonder this company has such an awful rating. Don't waste your money on their products.

I placed an order for two masks and only received one. When I tried to reach out there is only an automated system that is not helpful. The reply via email I received said my claim has been denied because the tracking number showed the order was received. Yes, but only part of the order was received! After reading through other reviews it seems to be the practice of this company to only send out a partial order and keep your money. The quality of the item is very cheap and not at all worth the price. Buyer beware and stay away from this company.

You should be ashamed of yourselves! Teachers are having enough problems without you offering a substandard product. We can’t use mask that is just one layer! A fact you conveniently leave out! Even the CDC guidelines you refer us to says masks should be multi-layered! I spent $45 and you made sure your return policy was structured to make your mask un-returnable! Shame on you and you know they say - KARMA is a B$&@#!!!

Received masks today, cannot be worn, only 1 layer, The EWE People mask, is off, cannot see le at end people. Big wast of money. The only good thing is that they have good customer service response time.

Allow me to add my utter disgust with this so called "teachers benefit company". The masks are of absurdly poor way and wildly over priced. I ordered two masks and T shirt. It took forever to get the the first package, the t-shirt. A week later a package arrived with one mask. "Do you love it?" was what the Email said. I wrote and told them I hadn't received my complete order. They told me my order was delivered , "yes, I said, but it wasn't both masks...this went on for 5 Emails and two phone calls. Then, the other mask arrived, a month and a half after I ordered it. I paid $6.95 each for postage to wait weeks for packages that weighed less than 2 ounces each. This is a complete RIP off! Don't have anything to do with these people! Gary in Michigan

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased 2 masks. Very thin, poor quality, 1 layer masks. Only thing cute is the deign. Overpriced and only minimal if any protection. Customer service didn't want my feedback. Not going through the hassle to return them. Very disappointed.

Mask looked so different on the page, I was so excited to have ordered them, once I received them, I was very disappointed,material is VERY CHEAP, NOT SAFE AT ALL, the pictures is cute, but can't really see the wrtitting on the sides, Don't waste your money, Not worth it, fully regret purchasing these masks
