I wish there was a negative sign, I would give them negative a million stars. DO NOT BUY PEOPLE FROM THEM. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. The masks are flimsy, cheap, the elastics on the ears are different sizes. You will regret your purchase and that's IF you receive what you buy. I am trying to report them to the BBB, but they are not even listed on the BBB. Please save yourself money, any positive reviews here are fake.

These masks are extremely poor quality-can’t imagine they protect from much of anything. Am attempting to contact them now-elastic for ears is loose and different sized. One layer of cheap fabric is all you get here. Outrageously priced for such inferior product. Bought them for my daughter who teaches K—2, won’t be giving them to her as I feel they will put her in danger.

Worthless. Scam. I ordered a Grinch mask. Polyester and wouldn't protect you from anything. A waste of money. A child could see a better mask. Junk. Do not order from this company.

I only gave one star because I had to 8n order to leave a review. I have contacted customer service repeatedly to no avail. I received half of my order after 2 months. I am now pushing 4 months and have asked for a refund. I would never recommend this company. They are horrible. In this time in life I can't afford to just throw money away. Do NOT order from them!!

Less than 12hours of placing my order i canceled it. 2 days later I received and email from this company saying they had already processed it so they are unable to refund my money or cancel my order. There isnt a way to contact them directly except and automated ticket system. The last order I placed with them took over 3 weeks to ship. I dont not recommend buying any items from them.

I love the design, but they are only one layer and will not protect anyone.

The rating that I gave is not because of the time it took to get to me. Although I did get an email telling me that it was delayed the day that it should have been mailed. Nice. The rating is because it was shoddy work and not at all what was pictured in the ad. I really wanted the mask I picked out. I had to take the mask apart and make a mask from the material. I would NEVER recommend this company because when I tried to reach someone to speak to them about it I literally was in a never ending “please press #” without ever getting a customer service rep. I want my money back because I sewed my own mask. Really frustrating & poor business practice all the way around.

I’m straining to give you 1 Star. I ordered 3 masks about 8/2, to be delivered in 3-5 days. Two weeks later I contacted and complained. 3 days later I get 1 mask. I filed a claim 8/21. Today I received one more mask, my order is still 1 mask short. The quality of these masks is horrid! A fifth grader could sew them better by hand, plus they are polyester! Now to file another claim for the 3rd mask. This company wasted no time taking their money from our account. Total RIP OFF!
