Houlihan LokeyReviews of hl.com

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Mr. James Chen at Houlihan Lokey for a transaction that required delicate handling and expertise. Throughout the process, I found Mr. Chen to be surprisingly unresponsive and often delayed in his communications, which was quite frustrating given the time-sensitive nature of our needs. His advice often seemed generic and not tailored to our specific situation, which led to a lack of trust in the strategies he proposed. Furthermore, Mr. Chen's demeanor was somewhat dismissive when we expressed our concerns or sought clarification on complex issues, making us feel undervalued as clients. It was disheartening to experience this level of service from a firm with such a strong reputation. Overall, our experience with Mr. Chen did not meet the expectations we had for Houlihan Lokey, and it significantly impacted our confidence in the firm's ability to handle our business needs effectively. I hope this feedback prompts a reassessment of client engagement and service quality to improve future interactions.
