They offer a variety of fitness activities (Spin, Silent Spin, Mobility Flow, Booty Burnout, Dumbbell Pump, Mixed Strength, Yoga, HIIT, etc). Classes are available in the morning and evening allowing plenty of opportunities before or after school, work, and other obligations to make time for your health. This was key for me to be consistent in my fitness journey . The effort from all staff is consistent. Every day feels like they are trying to earn my business even though I’m already on an autopay membership. The instructors put tremendous effort into cultivating a song playlist like a DJ and synchronizing lighting effects like a stage technician, with some inspirational storytelling/messaging as well. They also coach the class, and actively participate in the exercises alongside us. I have never seen such consistent effort and dedication. (This is every single instructor too). This place has a great, genuine culture focused on customer service which I don’t find often. They curated a comfortable, friendly space. This is in the aesthetics and also in the people (members & staff). The effort they exude in the experience carries over into the maintenance and cleanliness of the studio. My initial interest was for cardiovascular health improvement. Not only did they exceed expectations, but I found the energy and experience this team and studio members have created, enhancing my general mood every day. I recommend taking a morning class and seeing the positive impact it has on the rest of your day. The class can be tailored to fit any fitness level and you are encouraged to make it unique to yourself while still participating with the group. Every instructor is dedicated and welcoming. This isn’t a corporate gym so each class and instructor is a unique experience adding diversity to keep your workouts feeling fresh. It’s like ClassPass without all the constant awkwardness of not really being a part of the studio, the sales pitches from the studios trying to convert you to their in-house membership, and all the penalty fees and corporate headaches, that I personally hate. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you want to improve your health, lose weight, reduce your stress, and meet supportive new friends.
