Taylor, thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, especially coming from someone who sells this many games and has used a lot of the other buyback sites. We really appreciate the feedback. You also made a good point about the console requirements, and that is something we are actively working to make clearer. For handheld systems, we definitely do not require power cords. For some home consoles, we prefer to receive a complete working system with the power cord so we can pay more for it. AV and HDMI cables are generally not required. If a power cord is missing, there should be an option for that on the console when you build your order. We may deduct a little for the missing cord, but in most cases our final price should still be higher than what many of our competitors pay. We like to spend less time with repairs since our qualified repair staff is limited in how much work they can take on at once. We're still refining the console side of the site and will be making it more user-friendly as we go. Feedback like this is extremely helpful because it shows us exactly where something that makes sense to us might not be as clear to the person actually using the site.
