Instead of judging salespeople by their resumes, Hiring Beagle hears them sell first.How it works for employers: we learn how your best closers sell from a few of their recorded sales calls. Every candidate then takes the same 15 to 20 minute sales call with an AI buyer built around what you sell. Each candidate gets a Sales Print: six selling skills (discovery, listening and adapting, value articulation, objection handling, next steps, and product knowledge), each scored with the reasoning behind it, plus a description of how they sell and how closely that matches your top reps. Our team then interviews the strongest candidates ourselves, checking motivation, comp fit, and red flags, so you only meet the vetted few.Pricing: you can post a sales role free and pay only when you hire. For a managed search, a $1,000 deposit starts the search; it is credited toward the fee and refunded in full if we don't send at least three vetted candidates within 30 days. The placement fee is 10% of the hire's first-year on-target earnings (OTE), and every hire has a 90-day replacement guarantee.
