they're are straight up thieves, I bought points in the point shop in smite, the paypal was process on my account but the points themselves didn't arrive until days later at which point the event for said point was done, I ask to be reimbursed or to have my points transfer to a currency I can use, they refused said they couldn't do that. they will steal your money.

Hi Rez Suave is the most unhelpful support member i've ever talked with. He was unable to solve an easy issue. Seems he was pissed to even have to help, it's your job dude.

Literally they abandoned every game they launched except SMITE, where all the money goes. Rogue Company and Paladins has both incredible potential and are actually fun to play, but the developers what only brings to the game are new skins. DKO (divine knockout), was already dead just within a month, how is that even possible? I can't imagine what this company is going to do when SMITE is not as profitable as it is right now.

i was recently on paladins when i may have used a few slurs and i was perma banned i have never felt so humiliated in fact my very real online girlfriend said she could no longer afford discord nitro for the both of us i then logged on to my alt account only to find out i had also been banned for nude photos in chat which is total bs because you couldnt even see my willy!?!?

Transfer all your games to a better company please, costumer support doesnt respond and me and my friends get banned for no reason at all, not to mention one of their employees was a child predator.🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Don't buy a game from this company. I play Tribes Ascend and the servers have been down for 3 weeks now. No replies to tech support. I bought this game in good faith many years back and just because they want to focus on new games, they pull the rug out from under us. No game support, hackers allowed to run wild and servers keep going down.
