It's simple and easy to use, allowing you to post to external job boards with just a click. The employer careers pages are straightforward and clean, though they could be more customizable and interactive.

I appreciate that you can see the number of candidates at each stage of the hiring process, send emails through the tool, and follow a conversation from beginning to end.

I appreciate the ability to manage multiple jobs and view them all on a single, streamlined dashboard. The ease with which I can move candidates through the various stages of the hiring pipeline is excellent, and I love that I can customize these pipelines to meet specific hiring needs. The email templates are a fantastic tool, allowing me to organize communications efficiently by department. However, I've encountered a few minor issues with connecting calendars, as well as with canceling and rescheduling appointments. While these haven't been dealbreakers, they do add a bit of friction to the otherwise smooth process.
