Finally an AI that gets drop shipping
We run a high-volume dropshipping business with a few thousand orders every month and multiple suppliers. Customer support was taking up 40–50 hours a week between our team. It was the same questions over and over — where’s my order, when will it ship, can I return it.We’d tried other AI support tools before, but they never worked properly. They couldn’t access our real order data, so responses were either inaccurate or full of generic answers that frustrated customers even more.Fortuna was completely different. Setup took about 15 minutes — honestly thought we’d missed something because it was so simple. By the end of the first day, it was already handling tickets automatically using real order information. Now it manages shipping updates, returns and refunds (with approval controls), product questions, sizing help, and supplier-related issues. It runs 24/7, so we’re no longer waking up to an overloaded inbox every morning.Response times dropped from hours to under five seconds. Follow-up emails have almost disappeared because customers usually get the right answer immediately. Our team can finally focus on supplier management, growth, and scaling instead of answering repetitive tickets all day. We’re on the Enterprise plan, and it’s paid for itself many times over. Another big plus is that the platform keeps improving as AI technology evolves, so it never feels outdated. If you’re running a high-volume dropshipping store and tired of answering the same questions every day, it’s absolutely worth trying. It’s the first AI tool we’ve used that genuinely understands how the business works.
