If there is 1 word to perfectly describe this agency, that would be "all-in-one". It's a one-stop shop for anything VA related. They screen candidates according to business requirements, and they give clients the freedom to choose the onboarding date, tools, VA schedule etc. They provide IT support, assign an account manager, delegate in-house training, and offer regular quality assurance checks - all these without asking for any extra charges at all. Very transparent and straightforward rates indeed. Plus, they have bilingual VAs! And you don't have to worry about power outages or internet connection issues or damaged devices or background noise because their experienced and trained VAs are working and being monitored in an actual office. As a business owner, I really can't ask for more. This VA agency has helped me a lot in seamlessly handling my day-to-day administrative tasks.

Great service!! Only company that offers in office medical solutions. Game changer

I've been using HireBiz Med for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with their services. Their VAs are super skilled, always on the ball, and fit right into my workflow like a glove. HireBiz Med has seriously become a game-changer in how I handle my business tasks. Thanks Hirebiz!

Hands downs the number 1 va suppliers out there ! These guys actually screen the employees and make sure they work IN the office !! That way they can secure sensitive info much better making sure these vas are using hipa complied technologies. And more importantly making sure that the employees actually come to work and don't slack or work for other clients at the same time. A very common practice that many work from home vas are using. These guys can also replace and train to most of medical positions in days. I've tried several companies but hirebiz are by far the best option in this space.
