Difficult return process
Update - Customer service did return my call with explanation that the delay was due to long-holiday weekend, which is understandable. Revising my review to reflect good customer service and prompt refund. I gave 3 stars because I think the refund process should be made easier and more convenient for customers. No issues with product itself. Thank you. Old - I’m trying to return a product, but there is no information about where to send the return and I have not received an email reply to my question. The product is high quality but smaller than what I need, which is why I am returning the product.
