bonjour un peu plus de 2 ans et semelle morte pas de service âpres vente 000 ça ne vaut rien du tout 400€ foutue par la fenêtre je ne recommande surtout pas

Hello, The order was returned to HILLMAN EUROPE LTD on 06/06/2025 due to product quality and incorrect clothing size. Confirmation was received that the shipment was delivered to HILLMAN Hillman Logistic Base, Dolno Ezerovo District, 8000, Burgas, Bulgaria. Responsible person - Marie White [ customer service ]. As of today, 01/07/2025, my money has not been refunded. I have already applied 3 times in writing. No one sees the need to inform me why I am not receiving a refund. Please take action to have my money refunded. In my message, I quote the letter I received from Marie White [ customer service ]: HILLMAN® Customer Service 2025-06-16 09:54 addressed to me Hello Aram, Thank you for contacting us. We received the items in our warehouse on 09.06.2025. Our colleagues had to check them and make sure everything is correct. You will receive the refund in the next few days, they are now planned and our system will make the refund automatically. If you have further questions or need support, I am here to help! 6 months pass and I still haven't received the order, I feel like I was robbed
There was a problem with my order and I still haven't received it. I ordered a set in December 2024 and to date they haven't given me my money back or sent me the product. I've been exchanging emails with Marie since January 2025 and they still haven't resolved the problem. How is it possible that an order that was placed and paid for in December 2024 has not yet arrived at my home? neither the order nor the refund. unbelievable!!!!

Mauvaise qualité, pas de SAV
Suite à la commande d’une paire de chaussure à 399€ sur le site HILLMAN, celles si se sont mises à fuir ( simplement en marchant dans de l’herbe mouillée) après moins d’une saison de chasse. J’ai donc fait appel au service après vente mais n’ai jamais eu de retour malgré de nombreuses relances. À 399€ la paire, les chaussures sont de mauvaise qualité et il n’y aucun service après vente. A fuir.

Comme indiqué dans les conditions générales de notre site, en raison de la nature spécifique et complexe de l’utilisation des vêtements et chaussures d’extérieur — ainsi que des problèmes récurrents liés à une utilisation inappropriée ou à un entretien insuffisant — la garantie d’imperméabilité d’origine est valable pendant une période de six mois à compter de la date de réception du produit. Dans ce cas précis, nous avons été contactés environ 18 mois après la livraison du produit, ce qui dépasse malheureusement la période couverte par la garantie. Scarponi hillman da buttare perché non valgono nulla
Metto una stella perché non c'è la possibilità di metterne mezza..... scarponi hillman acquistati e veramente bellissimi. Dopo le prime 3 uscite (caccia), comincio a notare le prime piccole crepe nella pelle. Dopo un mese l'acqua entra come se portassi solo i calzini!!! Praticamente distrutti, pagati un sacco di soldi e non valgono assolutamente nulla!! Sentito il servizio clienti e non mi hanno potuto aiutare in alcun modo. Da sconsigliare assolutamente, praticamente pari a una truffa.

We found another one from March 2024 that went to the spam folder as well, which is why we did not contact you until now. You wrote to us that you used the boots for two winters and they broke. Please note that the service life of all products depends on the individual's use, conditions of use, and the user's wearing behavior. The warranty on the shoes is 2 years, and we believe that if you have used them during that time, they have been in good condition.
