I found that the operators of HighYa were open to feedback and updating their site for the benefit of the consumer. There seems to a growth in "consumer friendly" sites that are built for profit. Highya is a great source for honest consumer reviews. They always have both good and bad reviews for each company. I know this because I have submitted both good and bad reviews for other brands and they always show up. I have also used Highya's business platform for my own company and they are great to work with. Highya's platform really lets me know what customers are saying about my brand. It is a trusted 3rd party review source that I am happy to tell others about.
