Customer support responded so quick and with no hassle! I ordered a mailbox post and the pre-dilled holes did not line up. I emailed customer support on a Sunday. Customer support sent a reply asking for pics that I replied to on Tuesday. By Friday (same week), I received a complete replacement at my house. Highwood-USA did a great job when things didn't go as planned, but making things painless for customers.
