Working with Josh and the team at Higher Ground Land was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Josh was consistently professional, gracious, and responsive, and he took the time to address every question I had from a business partner’s perspective. The team clearly knows what they’re doing and excels at identifying high-quality properties that truly align with their clients’ goals. If you’re considering purchasing property for any purpose, I highly recommend Josh and the team at Higher Ground Land—they deliver expertise, integrity, and results.

Higher Ground Ventures - I have had the honor of working several NC Real Estate transactions with them utilizing our office "McCollum Law P.C." to conduct the signings and ensuring that closings are smooth and as advertised. They are extremely transparent and forthcoming with the expectations so that there are no surprises or hiccups, and when there are as expected at times, working with the team, will go above and beyond to get it to the closing table. Every single time I receive a contract with them, their team never hesitates in assisting us with getting what is needed and when I speak to any of their clients, they expect my call and are fully aware of what is needed in order to achieve the ultimate goal of closing. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone for any type of Real Estate transaction

Everything went according to the contract and we were able to pay off our mortgage after the sale of our acreage. At 77 and 76, my wife and I could no longer use the property for retirement! Great company, great personel; 5 stars all the way!

Higher Ground Land was easy to work with and had someone come to my home for the closing which made thing very easy. The process took longer than I had anticipated but I wasn’t in a rush so that was fine.
