For a freelance platform, the onboarding experience should be efficient, clear, and respectful of applicants’ time. This felt like a lot of unpaid admin with no meaningful feedback at the end. I would not recommend spending serious time on the application unless they make the screening criteria and opportunity fit much clearer upfront.
