Why am I receiving 8 minute ads on this platform? I really don't like to skip ads because I support the advertisers. But this is getting out of hand. I feel like skipping them from now on no matter the duration.

Didn't get any points for watching few videos except 3 points from code on 1 video :/ :(

They honoured my first redemption of $5, but the 2nd time I wanted to claim, they suspended my account. Upon enquiry they simply stated there was nothing they can do at this time. Not worth the time or effort, they will keep their money from advertisers, and not honour their agreement to viewers.

ive had a ticket with a problem of receiving points from surveys done (a few thousand points) where I didnt get points from part of my surveys which made it a whole bunch of wasted time. So I made a support ticket asking customer service to do something about it and after 5 months ive been ghosted

Alcancei mais de 300 pts no Hideout TV, e quando fui fazer o "resgate" no site parceiro, o Redeem, ele transformou em apenas 29 pts no valor de 0,29. Sério isso???

Made some small ish redemptions (1000 points or so) and they went through OK. Some bigger ones (several thousand) were OK. A single big redemption (several dozen thousand) and that one got held for no apparent reason. Several tickets later, still no explanation aside from "criteria that determine if a redemption gets held" which is vague on its own and still never explained. They don't deserve any further traffic. EDIT: Hideout.tv please specify what info you're looking for because I have no idea .... ... 10 days later, TrustPilot didn't bug me for further details, which suggests Hideout isn't bugging. This makes sense, since Hideout has tickets and communications from me and knows full well the problem I'm describing up top, but they're not owning up to it by providing clear answer as to the criteria for holding a particular redemption. I rest my case. EDIT 2: Decided to try a helpdesk ticket one more time. As expected, one more time, hideout support gives no informative reason regarding how redemptions get manually and randomly held. Case closed. *** DO NOT TRUST HIDEOUT FOR REDEMPTIONS, MINIMIZE, GIVE THEM MINIMAL ATTENTION AND TRAFFIC. THEY DESERVE NOTHING MORE. ***

Hello, Unfortunately, not all countries are supported by our ad providers, and some countries have generally low inventory. We try to provide a fun experience with high quality videos to pass the time. We also provide a promo center so that users, especially in countries where ads may not be available, can still find ways to earn on Hideout. We are always working to increase ad inventory, and expand our country base, so hopefully your experience will change in the near future!
