Don't use this crap website, they ban you for nothing. "Thank you for your message. After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that you account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account." Bullsh*t.

Honesty I've redeemed successfully many times via LootUp, but they might ban you someday without any explanation. A few days ago I've requested GC 20USD and now they banned me. DON'T JOIN, WASTE YOUR TIME, NOT WORTHY IT!

Got 1008 points pending from this morning and dont know why. Sent a ticket but no reply. It worked well in a beguining but now this pendeng redeem for no reason. Have another 500 waiting for being to be redeem. Just proceed with cotion, one they you might not get what is yours.

I feel like they are extremely ban happy towards legitimate users. My account was randomly suspended for seemingly no reason, as I read their DO's and DON'Ts list before getting banned, again after getting banned, and still was none the wiser when it came to the reason. Their customer support does not reply to my emails anymore (in which I asked for the reason) and generally leave me in the dark - providing not even vague reasons for the ban. This makes me think that Hideout TV is a scam. Mind you I was polite at all times even when frustrated, and just kindly asked them to help me be a better user - to no avail. There is a growing group on facebook of users experiencing the same thing. And if you read other reviews on here you will see that I'm by far not alone. It's a shame because I really liked Hideout and wanted to be a good user!
