I was told I was improved for a loan and signed the loan agreement twice but still no loan. Was told to email my bank statements pdf so I did which didn’t wrk then had to send approx 50 screenshots thru email of my bank transactions, was on the phone for an hour and a half, got disconnected and never heard anything again. Don’t know if I’m getting the loan or not.

We got am 800 dollar loan. I know thw APR is astronomical but they take 240 every 2 weeks. We have no way of knowing how much we still owe because its always closed when we get off work and there is no login. And when we get on the website the online chat always closes the conversation with the first question. Not user friendly at all.

I did not like the phone communication. I could not hear Lennon, the representative, 85% of the duration of the conversation. I started feeling this was a scam!! Her voice would dip in and out. Both of us were saying " hello, hello, are you there?" When Lennon contacted my bank, CHASE, for a three-way call, the supervisor, named LISA at CHASE question why this third party needed the supervisor to verify my financial information. LISA stated, [Lennon] could have called the regular 800 line to perform those inquiries. Lennon's line continued to dip-in and out to frequently after Lisa from CHASE concluded the verification. It was scarry. I thought I was being scammed.
