I haven't received the fund

If they had a star just for poor service, that’s the button I would’ve picked. They don’t deserve not one star they interest rate is ridiculous. They charge you way more than what the loan you get you paying $7000 back just off of $500 you make your payments on time and they still charge you interest fee every day even when they took the money out they don’t even stop the interest. They just keep going. I would never recommend this place to nobody. And this one started that they get from me they don’t deserve it. This is just so I can write a review.

Transparency I've been told by 3 people that my loan deposit will be in my account today but ACH can take 1-3 days unless you pay a fee Called 2x more and was absolutely assured that this would be in my account by no later than midnight 9/25 and wellsfargo has no issues with ACH. I am supposed to have dental surgery at 8:30 and now I've waited since 11am yesterday when I was approved and still at 12:30 am 9/26 nothing is in my account

They do not properly verify person

THIS IS FRAUD. I received emails and documents saying I was approved for a loan ad I thought it was spam then a deposit came to my bank account. when I tried to call and cancel, they said I would have to pay a fee owed. HOW DO I OWE A FEE FOR A LOAN SUPPOSEEDNLY OPENED A DAY PRIOR? I am filing a complaint and called my bank. I don’t know who has my information but it’s the lender’s job to speak with someone and insure consent. This outrageous loan says it for $225 and the fee is $1250. ARE YOU CRAZY/ Then it says the first payment of $57 is due on 9/10 less than five days away. What this company should be in jail.

This place is a scam. They steal all your personal information and never send you the money plus they are overseas in India. I repeat do not send them your information. They tell you your money will be deposit in 24 hours and it doesn’t they approve everybody to steal your information.

Three phone calls with different reps all saying different things. Oh you get this much, now you get more, now you get less. One rep didn’t even speak English. Horrible service.

Process was a hassle. Customer service is very bad and barely understandable. I was approved but the incompetent workers entered my information wrong. So instead of being helped and relieved of stress, this company added unnecessary stress and because of that I’m further in the hole. Thanks for nothing
