Great customer service. My first order got lost, and the customer service department was very diligent, sending out a replacement order so quickly and making sure I got the tracking number too. Thank you my puppies and I highly appreciate it.

The only problem I had was withUSPS! Your shipping department did everything they could to get the shipment here to my home. The Postal Service had advised me multiple times that I was going to receive the shipment within two days.😂 But finally, I did receive the ear wipes which my kitty cat greatly appreciates!
