⭐️ 1-Star Review — WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! Saturday was moving day, and because I didn’t have anyone available to help me move out of my one-bedroom apartment, I hired this moving company. Let me tell you, this was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had! I was quoted $515 for three hours, and I was told they would wrap my furniture, mattress, and kitchen table, which is a glass table. However, the only thing they wrapped was my mattress, and then they told me I had to pay extra for that! When I spoke with the lady, Goodness, I was under the impression that wrapping was included in the price. As they were moving my belongings out, I noticed my rugs sitting outside in the grass where people walk their dogs. 🤦🏽♀️ I also paid to have both of my TVs taken down, but one of them ended up being put in my daughter’s car instead of being handled as part of the service I paid for. When we arrived at my new apartment, things got even worse. My sectional sofa breaks down into three pieces. They successfully brought the first two pieces inside, but when they couldn’t get the last piece through the door, they actually asked ME if I had two more people who could help them! Excuse me? Aren’t y’all supposed to be the professionals I hired to do this job? My daughter and grandson ended up having to help. When I asked if I could receive a discount because of the experience and the issues with the service, I was told, “Ma’am, your total is $585.” So, not only did I receive service that was nowhere near what I expected, but my final bill was $585 instead of the original $515 estimate. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I’ve had a heart attack, and I hired movers because I needed HELP. I wasn’t able to do everything myself, which is exactly why I paid professionals to handle the move. Instead of making this process easier for me, they added more stress, frustration, and physical demands to an already overwhelming day. The way this company repeatedly called and followed up with me to get me to book their services made me believe they were professional and knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I expected professionalism, proper care of my belongings, and the service I was promised. Instead, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Moving is already stressful enough, and customers should not have to deal with this after paying hundreds of dollars for professional movers. I am beyond disappointed and irritated with the entire experience. Save yourself the headache and think twice before hiring this company! My experience was unacceptable, and I would never use them again. 👎🏽�
