I love the product and would have given 5 stars but shipping has gotten very slow. It's been taking over 2 weeks to get my order.

I love the product! The only thing I'd improve is the scent. It doesn't actually scent the clothing. It does clean well, and I've had great experiences with their customer service.

It's been 11 days and I still have not received my order. It is impossible to reach them by phone. I received an email from them after contacting customer service by email. They said if you don't receive your order in 2-4 days email us again! They also said a customer service rep will contact me in 1-2 days as my order is "special" whatever that means. I was not happy. Update: Today Hi Sunday reached out to me and apologized for the delay in delivering my order and my not knowing when my order will be delivered. Today I requested by email that they cancel my order and refund me for the order. They did that quickly and then sent me a new free order. I did appreciate all that but I am pausing putting in another order. I was totally out of liquid laundry detergent and laundry sheets from a different company. I had to go to Costco for pharmacy and food items. At Costco I bought Blue Land laundry tablets. I think it's a 2 month supply. They seem to work well with cleaning and not leaving residue. The ingredients are clean. But I think I am still favoring the laundry sheets. Anyway Hey Sunday answered my questions about keeping customers informed about delivery delays and problems. Their apology was very nice.

I like the laundry sheets for both washing and for drying, the only complaint I have is with how insanely slow shipping is. It takes 10-14 days from confirmation to delivery. Make sure you plan well or you’ll need to buy other laundry sheets.

Reliable, on-time shipping is great. Convenience is awesome. I wish the product actually cleaned better. All my shirts have ring around the collar and i need additional stain treatment for lots of items.`

Easy to handle the subscription service and comes as directed. Only wish is that there were some other options than 30 or 60 days as one is too short and the other too long, so I continually have to adjust the delivery date.

Was abe to adjust my subscripton time. Now will need to find out about the new length. Still can't really compare the cleaning strength, but does seem to work well. I really like the less mess and less to recycle.

I love the sheets! They work really well with stains. The reason I only gave them 4 stars is because when I order them it says they will arrive in 3 to 5 business days, however it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. So make sure you order them with plenty of time so you don't run out!
