I wrote in to cancel my subscription in which I thought previously didn’t have a notification for renewal. Upon speaking with the owner I was made aware that the email went out prior and I had actually overlooked it. From there we agreed on a refund. Communication was prompt and very professional. Something I appreciated since i wasn’t expecting much from having to email an inbox. Overall good interaction and satisfied with the outcome.

My experience raises concerns about this company’s subscription billing practices. The pre-renewal email I received appeared promotional and did not clearly communicate that a charge would occur. The subject line was truncated and did not indicate a billing event, which did not provide a meaningful opportunity to cancel. After being charged, I canceled immediately and contacted the company. They refused to provide a full refund and instead required me to pay to return an unwanted shipment for only a partial refund. Consumers should be aware that renewal notices may not be presented in a clear or transparent manner.
