There was a currency they wanted to buy at a high price, so I sold the currency and exchanged it. Upon withdrawal, the account was suspended, and they asked me to verify the identity again. When I sent the data, they said the financial department would review the request and until now, there was no response. no I can withdraw or trade.

Tried out Hermesus crypto exchange with a deposit of crypto, took a full day to show, then an exchange which as instant. Finally wanted to withdrawal in ETH to external wallet, transaction was under gassed and lost. There was no option for me to choose this option of gas, I rely on them to set this, and funds should have returned if transaction failed. Their support refused to escalate, and finally agreed after days to send to their finance department. 1 month later, nothing. Won’t use again, not trust worthy in my opinion.
