Customer Service couldn’t be any better. The Loan Officers have always been knowledgeable and prepared to make the process transparent and streamlined. First Class all the way! Drive Thru Customer Service is just as efficient and effective providing accurate and reliable service.

I love Heritage South! They made it easy to refinance my auto loan, saving me money every month. They also helped me with refinancing my mortgage. It was a bit of a unique situation, but they worked with me to get it right. I also love that they have real people working in their branches and I don’t have to talk to machines.

Everyone is kind and have good security measures to protect your money from being taken by scammers.
