It's not just a business, it's family looking out for their community. You will see the CEO walking around the building and lobby talking to the members and employees. It’s been the trusted relationship’s that I have developed with the staff over the years that meant so much to me especially when I’ve had times of hardship the staff has always been there to help see me through them.

Heritage South employees are very nice and helpful with anything I need. My account has never been wrong in 25 years. They helped me when I was laid off from my job. They have never given me a reason to leave. I love Heritage South. ❤️

Staff is always helpful with any issues. Always able to sit down with me and go over options and or solutions to help me. Lines move quickly when waiting for service.
