I bought a beach bag which was very poor quality with sharp straw bits showing in a number of places. I had an embaressing experience where i took my bag to the beach for the first time.As i got up to leave my partner noticed my leg,dress,shoes and bag were covered in blood.Blood was spraying out like a hose pipe.Fortunately there were life guards on the beach to see to me quickly.I lost approx 1.5 pints of blood.My poor 6 year old son was crying his eyes out thinking his mummy was going to die. One of the harp bits on the bag had cut into my vein causing the bleed. The bag is so heavy for a beach bag as well,its not something you would want to take to the beach. I emailed the company and i was disgusted by their reply 'cut of the sharp bit as we wouldnt want you not using your bag again" absolutely apalling customer service.I shouldnt have to cut the sharp bits off of a very expensive bag! No offer of a refund or any compensation for the awful experience i went through. I will certainly be taking this further.My partner is also fuming by the response. My bag is now used for newspaper for the fireplace. I definately do not recommend this company

I absolutely love my Henrietta Spencer bag. I get a lot of compliments. They are very well made with leather trimmings. I use mine everyday in the summer. I carry a lot in my bag so it needs to be strong and it certainly is. Definitely 10/10 from me!

Really poor customer service for the price paid. Not worth purchasing. Better options out there with more pleasant and helpful customer service.

I echo what another lady has said. The bag is very poor quality and there is no reply from the company. I’d say a basic bag from M&S would be much better quality. Basically can’t return it now.

The bag I bought was ok but nothing special. You only have a 14 day window to return and as I wasn't thrilled with my purchase, I contacted the company several times to ask for an address to return the bag to. They have not replied to any of my messages; so I'm stuck with a bag that I don't want.
