Unfortunately I had a 75 day stake that ended this past Sunday. Henbbo.com's website states it may take up to 72 hours to receive your deposit and earnings. I've received neither 96 hours later and no help via TG, IG, or X (other than directing me to another site where i have to do my withdraw from! which seems very scammy. I've withdrawn directly on the website before, why not now?

La mia famiglia ha provato a fare un paio di investimenti; tutti andati a buon fine, per ora. Ci eravamo informati su questa azienda, e la cosa sembrava interessante, molti progetti, un token su noti Exchange, investimenti in startup, e tante altre cose.
Avevamo letto i commenti negativi sui reinvestimenti automatici e quindi, quando abbiamo iniziato ad avvicinare i nostri amici e parenti a questa holding, ci siamo premurati di controllare e far controllare che non ci fosse la spunta per il reinvestimento automatico.
Invece, con nostro rammarico sui primi dieci piani che abbiamo fatto investire già quattro hanno subito il reinvestimento automatico al piano maggiore e per 295 giorni lavorativi.
Avevamo già contattato un’altra decine di persone, e anche i nostri amici stavano per contattarne altri, ma li abbiamo bloccati in attesa che l’azienda sistemi quello che mi auguro sia un Bug e che la stessa, viste le risposte a queste lamentele non se ne sia accorta di Avere questo bug.
Se la Società è seria e solida, sicuramente sistemerà questo bug e mi auguro che venga reso noto con la relativa soluzione.
Rispondo qui perché non ho trovato altro modo.
Salve, vi ringrazio della risposta ma:
1) come scritto precedentemente siamo stati attenti a non attivare i reinvestimenti automatici;
2) avevo capito perfettamente come controllare se i piani hanno lo staking attivo oppure no;
3) non ho detto che i dipendenti abbiano accesso o configurino le impostazioni del reinvestimento automatico ma ho presunto che ci fosse un bug in funzione di ciò che ho scritto sopra. Mi scuso se ribadisco ciò, ma se sostenete che non ci sono problemi tecnici vuol dire che non avete verificato correttamente la cosa;
4) Non mi è chiaro questo passaggio "This is due to the fact that the funds are immediately sent to work. Depending on the plan, this could be a startup or a promising young cryptocurrency. Profit in these areas is not generated in 1 day. Therefore, the company maintains a policy regarding the cancellation of staking."
5) Infine mi sono stati richiesti, da parte della Società i miei dati dei piani, ma ritengo che essendo un problema comune anche ad altri la soluzione vada rivista in toto e non singolarmente.

You have activated auto reinvest on your account. Your funds have been transferred to the plan you selected. You will receive the funds after the end of the selected plan. This is a function in the personal account. It is initially disabled. It will reinvest your last profit and the body of the deposit into the plan you have chosen. Yes, we are refunding at our offices only. Applications submitted online may be used to violate company policies. For example, you created a staking on a 1400% plan, then you changed your mind and you need money. Do not invest in Henbbo, Henbbo restoked my funds without my permission for 295 days, and they wont return it. They locked my account for talking about it. I can prove it. Thats why they 400 days on the market. they do number of that , they will release money for the rest and the ball is rolling. There are people reaching out to me experiencing the same.

What's going on?! + update 2
A few days ago my investment contract ended. Nothing happend, no money on my account. Contacted support via telegram explaining the situation, I explained that I've not marked the auto reinvest mark and asked them when I can expect my money on my account. They read the message, but don't react at all. Instead of that they just reinvest my profit in a new year contract without my permission. I'm not the first investor who has experienced this, my refferal had the exact same situation.
Before I was really satisfied with henbbo, support responded, slow, but helpful. Paying al my withdrawals super fast, but now they really disappointed me. Hope they fix this problem for me and my refferal to regain trust.
For now, 1 star.
Update: got an email from trustpilot, henbbo want more information about the case, so I gave them what they needed from me. No response at all, besides henbbo blocked my account for no reason. No communication at all. Very unprofessional behavior and probably not even a real business. Until they prove otherwise, stay away from this so called business.
Update 2: henbbo accused me for slandering. Tell me on what point I'm wrong and come with facts because I already did so. There is no such thing as an office, you guys only play hide and seek. Act like a adult and earn your money on a fair and honest way instead of scamming and acusing people. I would like to see another solution from you guys.. Do business like a businessman, or shut down your operation.
