The process for the loan was absolutely…
The process for the loan was absolutely easy to do money into the account came in fast and that was appreciated, but the interest rate for the amount loaned out is far from ridiculous. It was flat outrageous.

I think to expensive.
I think to expensive, for little money you borrow, borrow $320 , Gold member pay over 1/3 back , plus want you to pay over time , charge even more , longer loan amount taken out

The inability to do this all online was…
The inability to do this all online was horrible! I don't like spending 20 minutes on the phone for things like this.

Helpful lending was initially very…
Helpful lending was initially very helpful and I got to a point that I was able to borrow some money and I wanted to pay this loan off . I called for a payout amount , paid over the phone what I was told . Then a week later I get a call saying I owe them another$1000 dollars. I explained to them that I called last week , was provided the payout amt and I paid in full . They continue to call me all hours of the day . I also asked for a statement to be sent to my email and I never received it . They continue to call me and I’m not sure what to do . I paid the full amount I was informed via the phone call .

Difficult to get approved
Difficult to get approved, after approval, I'm still not sure it was successful because no direct communication was provided to me on the status.

Look to see if you have any other options before signing off on this Loan
I agree with some of the post that the representative was very helpful in facilating my request. I never wanted to be in the position to have to borrow from this form of lender as I figured the payback would be high. I received $800 and when I finished paying it back I will have paid back over $2500 which I end up paying this $800 back for close to the entire year. No one wants to be in that position. I had no choice. I would recommend giving more time to pay back the inital before locking an individual in to such ridiculous pay back terms.
