My daughter had an allergic reaction to the face cream. Put it on before bed and woke up with a rash under her eyes.

As I stated before this was my first purchase, and probably my last. First, I paid for discreet packaging and didn't get that. Then I didn't receive an item and lastly the items didn't come in the bag shown. It was NOT an inside out bag. It was a blue mesh bag. Nothing about this order has impressed me. Michelle

We were so excited for this product but after one use my 10 year olds face broke out so bad she had to take Benadryl.

An item is missing from the gift set I purchased and I’ve sent an email to customer services and hoping to get the item that is missing from the order. Haven’t heard back yet.

The products are good but one is not usable because the piece inside the eye cream lid is broken. So that’s one of the five that cannot be used. There were other lids off and the chap stick was open inside and apart. My daughter had to but then back together when opening it on Christmas.

I Usually have not complaints when it comes to bubble, I buy them a lot. Well this time it was close to Christmas so I paid EXTRA for a “ discrete” packaging (kinda crazy that I had to pay extra for that but I did). So it wouldn’t come in the blue bubble box I’m guessing. Well it came in white packaging, but with the words BUBBLE, we’re still there in big letters. Very disappointed. Because my 12 year old picks up the packages for us, and saw bubble. She’s the only one who uses bubble so she knew it was for her. If I have to pay extra for it to be discreet you think they would make sure it was just that. Honestly haven’t even opened package to look at products because I’ve just been disappointed.
