I’ve been ordering bubble for my teenager for several months now, my plan was to make a huge Xmas hamper and save up the products as I’m in England. During Xmas, I believe bubble sales quite literally broke the internet, which caused delays but wasn’t that the case with every company!! We had a few hiccups, one of my orders the shipping label was incomplete and now it’s lost, passport was more of a pain to get an answer from, I was able to find all the relevant info while they were insisting it would be delivered, even though Evri have now confirmed lost. However Ali and several other customer service agents did completely go above and beyond. I genuinely cannot fault bubbles CS! I work in CS and if my company did half of this then we’d be the best CS ever! Christmas was saved, a box is still missing, but hey ho. My daughter loves the products, has normal teen skin with a few forehead spots. To be honest, I’m half tempted to steal a few products to give them a try. I certainly recommend. And that says a lot considering we have to pay shipping and taxes to UK!
