Overall, I think that this was a pretty good moisturizer, although I wish that it came in a much larger size because I always have to buy another to replace it because I run out. I think that this should come in refill pods or a much larger size. Otherwise it would have been a five star because the formula is amazing.

The cloud surf moisturizer saved my skin, my skin was so dry and no moisturizer that I was trying would help it. The gel cleanser, I didn’t see any difference in my skin which is good because it’s currently clear. I had amazing help to get this, I was giving this after I got my break even toner as a welcome gift. The only thing was that the normal shipping time is 30 days and I’ve been waiting since September 8, 2023.

The ambassador program is very welcoming and supportive. The welcome box was such a nice gesture. I’m really enjoying the cleanser that was sent to me. The challenges are fun and not difficult to complete. The only small issue I’ve been having is submitting challenges completed on Instagram… only those on TikTok seem to appear on my available submissions. I’ve contacted customer service so I’m hoping it gets resolved so that I can participate more in the challenges (I use IG more than TikTok).

Product is great, shipping to arrival is a little on the long side causing me to email customer service 2x to inquire where the order was since the tracking numbers do not show the progress indicating the number does not exist until it has actually arrived. Love the product and packaging!

Loved the overall experience of customer service and the products work wonderfully! Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because they sent an email telling me I’ll get $5 off if I review the products, I did, and I never got the coupon

at first when i started using bubble it had a weird reaction with my skin but now i use it every day, also another thing i noticed is the level up moisturiser is kind of oily. In all i love bubble and love the packaging
