My unboxing was messy! I had literally no idea what was going on with my box! It had stains on the inside and on the little notecard! I posted it on TT and I just played it off on there but I was really mad! But the product was good, I used it for my mascara and my eyebrows and it did a really good job at removing my make up! I didn’t want that product because I don’t wear makeup but the app was glitching and it just gave me that! Overall I rate my experience a 3/10!

package came almost all broke. It would be cool if you packed it in another box to avoid this situation. Fortunately, despite the torn carton, the product came intact

I ordered 4 items on Dec 25, 2024, of the 4, they only sent 1 item. the other 3 items have not even been sent or worked on. if they were sent on time like they said they would, I probably would give them 4 or 5 stars.

I really appreciated you guys sending me the slam dunk moisturizer as a welcome gift to the ambassador program. However, after using the product my face started to feel like it was burning. I asked on Geneva if this was normal and was told to email you guys. I emailed two weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. I want to try your brand again but I’m too scared to try anything when I don’t know what ingredient I am allergic to.

I got a plain white box with no stickers and revived the wrong item.
