I never received my package and I emailed, got no response.

When I placed 2 orders the description said that it included a bag. When I received both orders, there was no bag. I contacted customer service and was told the bag was out of stock. I said then why have it in the website? No real answer. Then I asked that when the bags came into stock would I receive both. I was told no, just one. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not received a bag. The website is offering the bag again.

My friend used this and now she’s having redness and bumps on her skin!

Ordered stuff on May 29th, still have yet to see my order. Reached out to them to see what was going on, they hadn’t shipped it yet. Week and a half later they send an update saying they’ve shipped my order… still waiting

I never received my skincare after 3 weeks .How can I tell them?

I never received my order, I messaged 3 times and no response ,very poor customer service ,actually no customer service.My first and last purchase from this company.
