I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it I have written 2 emails sent text messages and tried to call about where my order is at. I can go in the "Shop" app and track it and all it says is "Order placed" . Now the money is already taken out of my bank account for 3 weeks now and I have no package or anything. I'm very unpleased with this situation and will never order from you guys again. Please fine my order and get it delivered it is making me feel like this whole thing is a scam. my order number is #177185.

I was scammed! I bought 1 slam dunk and the shipping and it was around $20. Then my card account said it was $44!!!!

Bad Experience. Do not order from this company! It is nearly impossible to contact anyone. They do not respond to emails or text messages. I can’t even cancel my subscription because it’s not an option on the website. And they won’t respond at all!

We got this product at WalMart for my teen daughter to use. 24 hours after use her face swelled with hives, and itchy patches. We've stopped the use of it and now have her on an antihistamine help elevate the temptation to itch while she heals. This company does not allow for refunds so we're now out money for a product that did not hold up to its claim to help teens with sensitive skin.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. The track and trace it still not traceable and bubble does not respond on my emails, texts and dm’s. All the savings of our poor daughter of 10 years gone looks like it. How can you do something like that. Bubble, can you please respond, please?

I never received my package. The company you use, Fedex, delivered it to the wrong address. They advised I had to reach out to Bubble and I thought they were refusing to take accountability. The image was there, I walked around my street and couldn’t even locate where it was taken. Bubble still has yet to advise of status and it’s been well over a week.
