I placed an order and money got out of my account 11/13-23. But no order confirmation. Have tried to contact the company by text, email, and phone but no luck at all. Not very impressed with them. Any suggestions on what to do?

I ordered 2 bottles of level up hydration cream however only received one in the box.. Even after sending their support team all the pictures of the product and box which states the weight for only one bottle there was no response. Very disappointed.. Stay away from scammers.

Order number - . #177403 if you wish to help Update from agent 08/11/23 goods on way still not received, 15/11/23 order has to be cancelled and re-ordered as problem emailed 20/11/23 as still at processing stage asking for update …. 01/12/2023 my item arrived - took 5 weeks to get to me !

Place an order on October 25 and still no movement on order. Waited over 3 days and no movement on order. Tried email and still no reply. 3 to 4 to reply to an email is poor. Especially when place an order and been over a week. Poor customer service.
