Six straight days of emails texts and phone calls with absolutely no reply. Over $150 order for Christmas. Half of the child’s list. Won’t even show up and I have no idea until the day before. Still no response. I’ll just end up filing a chargeback and attempting to find her list somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Placed an Order and it’s been 2 weeks and haven’t gotten anything not even a tracking number. Tried texting and emailing company no answer! You can’t even return or get a refund! This was suppose to be a gift and I totally got scammed!

I ordered TWO sets of the anti-acne routine for my daughters. We have yet to try the products considering they are Christmas presents and yet to be opened. I ordered on good faith with the amazing reviews. As far as the customer service, I’m really disappointed considering how much I paid for these very small products. When I received my two orders they were all thrown into one box (eight items) with ONE skin care bag and ONE set of stickers. I feel because I ordered two sets that they should have been packaged separately. But honestly, no big deal. The big deal for me was the two orders and the one bag and one set of stickers that now have to be thrown away because that wouldn’t be fair that one of my children have a baggie for her skin care products, and the other one doesn’t. Correct me if I’m wrong, but when ordering two skin care routines I should have received two of each of the bag and stickers. When I reached out to customer service to kindly ask if they could send out another bag and set of stickers, I received an email telling me that these lovable little bags are actually added per order, not per set. And then proceeded to tell me it’s tricky business! Such a bummer something so little couldn’t be simply fixed. And I might add they if they don’t come with every order then then shouldn’t be advertised as such. I know I know, why is this woman freaking out about a bag and some stickers? Well Karen’s, it’s because it would be nice for my daughters to be able to have a place to keep their skin care products separate but also it’s the fairness for my children is what’s making this a huge deal. And the fact that I have to throw away the one bag and the stickers because it wouldn’t be fair to the other. So Just a heads up, if you order more than one skin care routine and want a bag for it then do separate orders.

They take your money and they don't send your order. They don't have a phone number that you can call. You can only text or email... and no one gets back to you. Beware!

Horrible customer service. No phone number to call and speak with a representative. Accidentally placed an order twice at 7:30am. Emailed AND texted the company at 9:45am that same day with zero response. Both orders shipped and still no response from the company.
