Wrong product delivered waiting for Bubble to respond to message to have rectified.

I have no idea what the product is like. Ordered in time for Christmas but have not arrived. Emailed the business numerous times for an update or for a refund and haven’t heard back. Will be contacting my bank to seek a refund as I’m not sure if this company is legit.

I placed an order on December 3rd and to date have still not received the full order. One product was shipped, two others have not been received yet. I have reached out numerous times for an update. Was told the items shipped on 12/17 but still have not received them, BUT my credit card was charged for everything in the order. This was part of a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I will not be purchasing anything else from this website.

My order was appearing to ship in two shipments. I received the first. After 2 weeks I send an email asking about the remaining item. They told me it had shipped, and I said I see it as not. Right after, I got a shipping email for that item and someone went in and falsified the tracking to show it having shipped with the original item!! I have screenshots proving it did not. I tried reaching back out. I got some long email about being backed up for the holiday and a new order would be shipped out and I would receive it before Christmas. No order, no missing product, and they are not responding to any emails. I'm about to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Ordered weeks ago for my daughter and despite emailing them three times no contact nothing! Absolutely disgusted considering the costs here. Bubble please contact me as I want a refund or to get my order for my daughter- I ordered this on 2nd Dec! Complete disappointment for my daughter this Christmas.

2 gift certificates were purchased on line for $40 each. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Have not received these in the mail and it has been over 2 weeks.

My bubble order never came! It’s been almost 3 weeks since I order it, it was supposed to be my birthday present, I tried emailing them, but they never replied back, total scam!

I made an order over two weeks ago and haven’t received anything other than an order number. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to find out any information about the order. I also paid for two day shipping and have no idea when or if I’m even going to receive this order. Absolutely no customer service or communication. At this point I have no idea how to get any information or to get my money back due to not receiving my order.
