When I got my welcome gift I got no stickers and it wasn't in the correct box and I didn't even get a pamphlet but the product was good

I love bubble and it was my first time ordering from there! But since it is shipping form America to Australia it took quite a while and the updates were not updating me! Although my package did arrive and I was very happy!!

This product has really helped! I have sensitive skin yet this works for me. I may not be the biggest fan of the texture but I can just be weird like that!

I never received it

i love how they kept me updated with everything. but also i did not like how they sent the welcome gift. I feel like it was just a normal package and not a welcoming gift into the bubble community. I feel like if it had a note and some confetti or something to match the theme of the skincare that would’ve been great.

I bought the ani acne set it was really good and great for acne prone skin but the cleanser… it feels like I’m putting glue on my face ,it doesn’t foam up and it’s really hard to apply needs to be reformulated.

I'm really pleased with the product and its focus✨. However, I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive the stickers and the product information card like everyone else. I would have enjoyed the unboxing experience even more with those accessories 😥
