I paid 18 dollars almost 20 with shipping and i got travel sized products that is wayy overpriced I would not pay more than 15 for something smaller than my hand this is outrageous. It looked bigger on the pictures

Nothing really went wrong I just can’t decide if I actually like what I got I guess. The pump on my bottles doesn’t dispense the same amount of product every time.

There was short curly and straight hairs (eyelashes? Pubic hairs?! Dust etc.) INSIDE the cleanser in the welcome package, which grossed me out. I could see hairs come OUT of the cleanser as I pumped them out, so I knew they weren’t mine 😭. As someone part of the brand ambassador program, I won’t say anything publicly, but this was so disappointing as a long time consumer. I’m not even joking it’s really gross AND I found out about the hairs AFTER using the product on myself for my UGC videos. It’s so gross. Please do better.

I instructed the delivery person to leave it on the enclosed porch, they didn’t.
