My girls were excited to get the basic skincare bundle and they've loved everything so far. There was one hiccup with our order in that the bundle was supposed to come with a mesh bag and some stickers. Since I ordered 2 bundles, the person packaging things decided to only give me one bag and no stickers. I was willing to let it go, but my daughters weren't, so I emailed customer service about the missing accessories and they shipped the mesh bag and stickers to us. Considering the shipping probably cost more than the bag and stickers themselves, I was impressed that they took care of it regardless of how small the error was. Well done Bubble!
