Customer service is impossible. My order was missing an item. I’ve reached out numerous times over email and text with no response. Very disappointed.

Ordered product on November 29. Payment was taken from my credit card. Have not received the item and no communication as to shipment.

Sent me something I didn’t want

I tried emailing multiple times because my order address was wrong when I ordered. I changed it in the app. It was shipped and then now on a truck with USPS to be returned. I still have not gotten a response from customer service and nobody has returned my emails. No contact available by phone. I had an order of almost $200 yet the worst experience ever getting anyone to help me!

I havent received my order Its been 2 weeks and they still havent EVEN shipped my order.. dissappointing do NOT order. Your just going to loose your money like this.

I tried to contact your side regarding my order (# 401539) shipment details, but no reply and no update at all since 2 weeks. I'm worrying about the order can be arrived on time in Hong Kong coz this is for my daughter's Christmas present.

My order has not arrived. Also, for a $50 item I ordered as a once off, it appears my account has been debited x2 (once in October for $93.88and once in November for $97.20).

I haven't received it yet.
