I placed an order and when I received it, I was incredibly disappointed to see that the box it was shipped in did not have any filler in it, which resulted in a couple of the product packages being damaged. Normally I wouldn't mind, however, they are Christmas gifts and the decorative boxes the items came in are damaged. It is a little upsetting and rather disappointing.

Ordered it on 27 sept some of the order came yesterday sent them an email one week ago no response now they’re acting as they have completed the order I spent 100e for my child’s birthday

Took 11 days for them to get order ready for shipment. By that point they sold out of a key item. Had to reach out to find out what happened, no effort to apologize or make it better on their part. Dramatic departure from a prior shipment error which helped bond me to the brand. Feels like things have gotten corporate and sterile where in the past they felt personal and important.

Didn't work well with my skin however I understand not everyone has the same reactions and it may work fine for them. Also price is a little high in my opinion.

This is not good for my skin. I have sensitive skin with hyperpigmentation. I really wish yall would of sent something like that or ask about my skin before sending something.

I still haven't recieved my parcel, I placed my order the 10th of July and last email told me I could expect it between the 6th and 12th of August.

It's taking over 3 weeks just for a moisturizer to come
