I did not receive the mesh travel bag with my order (as stated on the website). I ordered 2 "kits" including the bags and only received one bag. After several emails to you, I was told you did not have a way to send an additional bag - even though if I had placed 2 separate orders, I would have received both with bags. Very deceptive and not customer friendly. This is not rocket science - you could have made this right. Shame on you!

Still haven't received it !!!!! Useless now as was for xmas

I have yet to receive my order. It was placed almost 3 weeks ago. Waiting to receive help from Bubble.

Not a fan. Way over priced. Shipping took weeks with absolutely no communication via email or text.

I’m done buying their products. My package shipped 12/1 and no updates just been stuck. My postal service has called everyday to say sorry we are reaching out to where it’s stuck but no answer. When I reached out to bubble they were unhelpful and basically washed their hands of it. Clearly it’s lost usps even said it but there’s no number to contact bubble. I text messaged no response and when I emailed they said it’s not their problem it’s usps. I bought 3 gifts all had to be re-bought and I paid them for the goods not usps. Also when I went to the store they actually suggested byoma over bubble so that’s where my money will be going. Don’t waste your time they are very unhelpful. Disappointing!!!

I never received my Bubble skin care order placed Nov 28, 2024

My first order was not delivered to me within the timeframe, It should have been delivered. I reached out and they said my order had been lost in transit. They resent me a new one. And I have yet to receive it. Very disappointing.
