I had a perfect product, but I was a little sad to not receive the stickers and promotional card like everyone else does.

i loved my items, but i did not like my response from customer service. i received my welcome gift, but it was missing the stickers and other items included. i emailed bubble but they said they can’t do anything about it. saddened by that news

I like the efficiency and top-tier communication with their customers and ambassadors. I didn’t know the box was supposed to be more decorated to elevate the experience but i would’ve love to experience that!

After becoming a Bubble Ambassador I was really excited for my welcome gift however I didn’t get the expected experience. Usually the gift should be received in a colourful box with stickers however, mine came in a plain white box. Bubble fixed this issue by giving me a voucher to use on my next order. I am pleased with the product though!

Overall experience was good not bad shipping time only thing is the dry skin bundle and oily skin bundle are basically the same thing so I got most of the same products.

It was nice but didn’t get a sticker
