I have not received my order

So me and my friends use a bubble charcoal facemask to come clean and I’m breaking out a lot now like but all of us have 6 pimples on our faces like that’s unacceptable now we also have to use a five below cooling mask and now we have to go to target and like buy pimple patches One star.

It wasn’t the correct product

Product never arrived. I asked for an update shortly after noticing the shipment tracking had not updated and was told it had shipped. I watched the tracking and again it never updated. I let customer service know and got no response so I after waiting three weeks for this product I had to do a refund through my bank. Very disappointed with the lack of accuracy and concern from this company.

I ordered the 13th, shipped the 17th, haven’t had an update since the 24th, I emailed customer service and they said there is nothing they can do to help. So I am out money, and our product and my daughter didn’t get her Christmas present. I even have a usps alert and nothing. So no help anywhere.

Paid for expedited shipping and still took over 2 weeks to get product. Missed the birthday of an 8 yo who wanted the lip balm with charms.

Still have not received

My daughter has a terrible rash and her face is swollen from this.
